Refund Policy

We have a strict No Refund and No Return policy. On  ALL Skin Done Right liquid and cream facial products due to sanitation reasons.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges (if applicable): We will exchange products only if you have received the wrong item(s). Please let us know within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Email us at with your order number. You will be asked to send a picture of the wrong item(s) to determine eligibility for exchange. Item(s) must be unopened, unused and returned in the original condition and packaging. Once your request is confirmed by us, send your item(s) back to our location and your correct item(s) will be shipped out.
