Shipping Policy

Shipping: Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment, and 7-14 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery times for International orders can take up to 21 business days. 

You will receive an order confirmation notification as soon as your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation notification with a tracking number as soon as Skin Done Right LLC has shipped your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated.

If you do not see the confirmation emails in your inbox, please check your Junk mail. Orders are mailed out weekly, Please note that Skin Done Right LLC. is not responsible for shipping delivery times or delays. Customers must track their own package with the tracking number provided. 

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate mailing address and contact information during checkout. Skin Done Right LLC. is not responsible for updating an incorrect address, changing incorrect contact information, or changing an order once placed. Please review that all of your information is correct before submitting your order.

Customers who enter an inaccurate mailing address will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend their item(s), should the order be returned to us. Shipping costs will be sent via an invoice to the email address provided, once paid, the order will be reshipped. Should the customers order be returned to us for any reason, refunds will not be offered. 

Although products are generally not damaged during the shipping process, Skin Done Right LLC. is not responsible for any items that are damaged during shipping. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier, it becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Once your package is marked as delivered Skin Done Right LLC is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact UPS or FedEx customer service to file a claim if you do not receive your order.
